		<description>Project Brief:
Supreme Group required a fresh collection of photography which reflects and highlights the services and capability of the company. The photography will be used for marketing, presentations and bid proposals for future contracts.

Solutions:
My main role was to survey key personnel to discover exactly the photographs needed. Using the results I built a database of detailed information outlining each shot (camera angle, props required, approvals needed, personnel, POC, QA, location, business unit, etc)

Photography:
Oz Newcombe - Professional photographer and post production based in Dubai.
Myself - I did a small amount of professional photography (Images 1, 3 &#38; 4). Photoshoping images to pass QA (Quality Approval)

		<description>Project Brief:
Each of the below images represents a different project. The majority of the HTML Marketing Email projects were used to communicate to a wide audience (either as an internal communication to the 9,000 staff or to clients) an upcoming event or critical information.

Solution:
I must say that it is technically difficult to successfully develop and execute a HTML email for marketing purposes (which is why many people use HTML email templates from online email marketing companies). The reason being is because there are many HTML limitations if you are to execute it through email. The bottom line is - keep it simple! Why? because your HTML email needs to be read successfully by a lot of different software (such as email programs like Outlook, Mac Mail, Entourage and the hundreds of online email providers like Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo Mail etc) - they dont all do a great job reading HTML. Because you (the developer) can only guess which email service they're using, then you need to make sure that your HTML email campaign will successfully render on as many email programs as possible.

So, to successfully build a workable HTML email, you need to test, test and test your HTML email campaigns on as many platforms, email programs and online email services as possible.

Keeping to a holiday theme, we will send our clients a Season Greetings card, also a HTML Marketing Email which links to a 45 second 2D animation.

Solution:
Amy Wells (Graphic Designer) designed the artistic concept for the card. I built on this concept with the creation of the 45 second animation. The animation sequence can be seen below in the image slideshow (Images 2 to 7).

Software:
Animation: Flash and ActionScript2
HTML Marketing Email: Photoshop and Dreamweaver

		<description>Project Brief:
For first timers, its real difficult to find the location to Supreme's office headquarters. Therefore, the company required a location map with clear directions from Abu Dhabi Airport and from the Dubai Airport. The map needed to be in PDF format so that it can be emailed to clients.

A map was also required for the company's website and intranet. Instead of uploading the PDF to the web, i wanted to include a Google Map API (Application-Programming Interface).

Solution:
Firstly, I designed the location map graphic using Illustrator (Image 1).

(Image 2 to beyond) Secondly, I begun exploring and learning the code, scripts and technology to customize a Google Map to pin-point Supreme's Headquarters. I also realized how to customize the comments box (above the location marker) to add the company's contact details. The last task was to insert and adjust the size of the Google Map API to fit the website layout.

		<description>Project Brief:
To conceptualize and design the 2010 Christmas party communications. This included office A3 posters, a fun 2D animation to reveal mystery location of party, and 4 reminder HTML marketing emails.

Solution:
(Image 1) 'Save the Date' A3 poster
This internal communications poster was used as a teaser (we did not reveal the location of Christmas party until final week) and for the staff members to save the date. The poster was designed using Illustrator and Photoshop.

(Image 2 to 5) Animation Sequence
A 45 second 2D animation which revealed the 2010 Christmas party location for the 500 staff. Hosted at the iconic Atlantis Hotel! The animation was made using Flash and Actionscript 2.

(Images 6 to 8) HTML Marketing Emails
I developed 4 HTML marketing emails (which are single page webpages) using Dreamweaver. HTML and CSS languages to construct the webpages. The biggest difficulty is the testing stage which involves testing the HTML email on as many email software programs (Outlook, Mac Mail, Entourage) and online email providers (hotmail, gmail, yahoo). There are many HTML constraints when building a webpage for email - flaunt with danger!
